Who we are looking for
We’re searching for a designer who is much more than just creatively talented; we want someone who sees clothing not just as a means of expression, but as a powerful tool for positive change. You believe in the importance of sustainability and are committed to making responsible choices in your work. You’re a visionary who isn’t afraid to push the boundaries of traditional clothing design. Innovation is in your DNA, and you’re constantly exploring new ideas and techniques that can make our products better for the planet and for our customers. You have a natural curiosity and a love for problem-solving, always looking for ways to overcome challenges in creative and thoughtful ways. Collaboration is key in our team, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a cooperative environment. You’re an excellent communicator, a prestigeless person, and you are open to feedback and value the input of your colleagues, recognizing that the best ideas often come from working together. You’re enthusiastic about brainstorming with others and enjoy the energy that comes from being part of a passionate, driven team. In addition to your creativity and collaborative spirit, you’re detail-oriented and organized. You understand that in the business of textile and garment production, the little things matter— whether it’s the precision of a stitch, the choice of material, or the way that a garment drapes. You’re committed to quality in everything you do and take pride in delivering work that meets the highest standards. Lastly, we’re looking for someone who has sustainability as a core principle that guides their decisions and actions. You’re committed to continuous learning and staying informed about the latest developments in sustainable fashion.
