About the role

As a Production Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing product information, facilitating communication with suppliers, and ensuring the smooth progression of products from concept to delivery. You’ll oversee master data, support cross-departmental collaboration, and participate in fittings to ensure the highest quality standards. This role also involves handling product samples, optimizing data processes, and communicating customer feedback to continuously improve our products.

Examples of tasks

• Manage and maintain accurate product information in shared systems and databases.

• Communicate daily with suppliers on product development, planning, sample handling, and production timelines.

• Take part in fittings, provide input on design and functionality, and share detailed notes with the team.

• Approve product labels and ensure their accuracy before production.

• Handle samples for internal reviews, photo shoots, and pre-loved sales events.

• Collaborate with customer service to address potential return issues or complaints.

• Develop and optimize cross-departmental processes for product data management.

Qualifications

• Completed an education in purchasing, product development, textile management, or a related field.

• Approximately 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in production coordination or product development.

• Experience in managing data systems and working with tools like PLM or ERP platforms is meritorious.

• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.

• Familiarity with product lifecycle processes, including sampling, testing, and production.

• A proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes.
