About the role

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our Art Director and be a part of our Creative Team to manage the content flow across Djerf Avenue's platforms. You will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and structuring all incoming content, whether produced in-house or received from UGC creators. Together with the Art Director, you will select and tailor content for different teams including social media, e-commerce, newsletters, and digital marketing. A crucial part of the role is to ensure that all content is packaged, formatted, and optimized for its respective platform, maintaining the highest quality and consistency.

Examples of tasks;

-Support the Art Director in the development of creative assets – and ensure a cohesive and compelling brand presence across various channels.

-Adapt content to align seamlessly with the unique characteristics and preferences of various channels and platforms, ensuring maximum engagement across all.

-Create and optimize image and video content for social media platforms by staying at the forefront of modern tools and understanding the creative and technical dynamics of each channel.

-Content quality control to ensure all output aligns with Djerf Avenue's visual and tonal guidelines.

Qualifications;

-Degree in Digital & Visual Communication and Motion Design from Berghs or similar.

-Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite.

-Experience and understanding of AI-driven tools and their application to streamline workflows and scale production of visual and motion content.

-Aware of best practices in social media (specs, post optimizations, native features, etc.)

-Comfortable to work under tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to changing business demands and project requests.

-Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

-It’s a plus if you also have strong illustration skills.

Location

The location of this role is in Stockholm, Sweden. You will be expected to work from our office in central Stockholm. Please make sure you have the legal right or permission to work in Sweden before applying for this role.
