We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to own and manage daily operations across purchasing, logistics, and supply planning. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our operations, where what you do every day really makes a difference.

The Role

You’re someone who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, take ownership, and make things happen across the entire operational flow - from purchase planning via order placement to warehouse delivery and online availability. You will ensure strong sell-through, minimize excess stock, and drive cost-efficient logistics through structured, precise, and hands-on execution. 

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations in purchasing, logistics, and supply planning including cost budget.
  

• Be responsible for the purchasing budget follow-up, including breakdown and ensuring buying decisions stay aligned with approved targets
  

• Manage and administrate purchase orders, follow-ups, and budget alignment with precision
  

• Oversee 3PL warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory, smooth flows, and high service levels
  

• Monitor demand, stock levels, and replenishment needs, taking proactive operational actions
  

• Drive supplier communication, price negotiations, and delivery follow-up
  

• Maintain structured processes, clear routines, and reliable operational data
  

• Continuously improve workflows, efficiency, and cost control
  

• Lead and support a small team within Assortment & Supply Chain
  

• Collaborate with assortment, product development, and commercial teams to secure proactive planning and on-time launches
  

• Play a key role in the bigger picture, helping the brand deliver on its promise to the community
  
  

About You

• Strong operational experience in supply chain, logistics, and purchasing, preferably within fashion or e-commerce
  

• Hands-on, pragmatic, and detail-oriented with a solution-focused mindset
  

• Comfortable in an administrative, data-driven, and execution-heavy role
  

• Experienced in working with 3PL partners and supplier management
  

• Structured, analytical, and confident with systems like Business Central, Madden, Centra, Power BI and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  

• Fluent in English and Swedish
  

• Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, taking ownership and playing a central role in the brand’s success
  

• Energized by collaboration, curiosity, and contributing to something meaningful beyond day-to-day operations
