E-commerce Manager

We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to take ownership of our online store and ensure a seamless, inspiring, and inclusive shopping experience for our community. This is a hands-on role where you will manage, optimize, and grow Djerf Avenue’s e-commerce presence, directly impacting how our products reach and inspire our community.
The Role
You’re someone who thrives on ownership, structure, and execution. You will manage daily e-commerce operations, ensuring products, content, and processes are accurate, efficient, and customer-focused. You will collaborate closely with Production, Customer Service, Creative teams, and external partners such as our web development agency to enhance the online experience and support brand growth.
What You’ll Do
Manage product data, including pricing, categorization, and availability, while ensuring accurate website content and a consistent brand voice.
Optimize the operations flow in the tech stack to make it more efficient.
Handle shipping settings, costs, and regions in coordination with administration.
Oversee daily e-commerce operations to maintain high-quality standards, troubleshoot and resolve issues, optimize the online experience, and drive sales through effective content, navigation, and campaigns.
Maximize the value of current platforms and tools, and assist in implementing new systems to enhance the website.
Ensure smooth collaboration with internal teams and external partners through proactive communication.
Analyze key performance metrics and generate insights to inform strategic decisions, including AB testing, conversion optimization, and traffic growth.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to e-commerce operations.
Lead initiatives to increase conversion, traffic, and average order value.
About You
Experience within e-commerce and customer experience, including customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization.
Hands-on, pragmatic, and detail-oriented with a solution-focused mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English (additional languages a plus).
Comfortable managing multiple tasks, working independently, and collaborating across teams.
Passionate about creating an outstanding online customer experience and continuously improving processes.
Able to analyze data and turn insights into measurable business value.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of work experience in e-commerce.
Education in e-commerce or related fields.
Experience with e-commerce platforms, CMS tools, analytics, and online merchandising tools.
Strong understanding of online customer journeys, UX, and drivers of conversion and traffic.
Ability to quickly learn and master new systems and tools.
